Interactive Area – experiencing ICT solutions live

There’s no mistaking the taste of Coca-Cola. Thanks to your assistance, every Coca-Cola bottle will now be unique at CeBIT. This is made possible by the seamless collaboration of several companies and the ICT solutions provided by T-Systems. This real-life example and several others will be demonstrated at the Interactive Area at the exhibition stand.
Based on T-Systems’ five core beliefs, interactive scenarios will illustrate the hidden potential of T-Systems business solutions for your business. You will be able to see, for instance, how designers of an international automotive supplier implement an ICT solution to work together online. Presence information shows the designers who is currently available and who is, for instance, in a meeting.
Take a closer look at how airport ground staff use ICT to instantaneously coordinate the new gate position of a delayed flight. T-Systems experts will show you what sets a secure smartphone apart from standard products and explain how secure mobile communication functions in practice.
Come and see how logistics group Deutsche Post DHL implements T-Systems solutions to avoid empty runs. DHL is thus able to reduce its fleet fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, which is of course eco-friendly. What is also good for the environment is a joint research project of T-Systems and Intel: the two companies work closely in DataCenter 2020 to develop common solutions for significantly reducing power consumption in server environments. To see how this is done, the Interactive Area will take you live to the test data center in Munich.
Coca-Cola and T-Systems will also have a special surprise in store in the Interactive Area: visitors can have their photograph taken and it is precisely their picture which then gives a Coca-Cola bottle its unique appearance. Via a live link to the print shop, visitors can instantly see the production of their personalized bottle. Subsequently, our logistics partner DHL PAKET will deliver this bottle to the visitor’s specified address. Another refreshing twist on the latest developments by T-Systems at CeBIT!
